RealWorks is proud to announce our participation as a digital communication sponsor for Mesleki Beceri Seferberliği (Skills Pledge) — a national initiative in Türkiye designed to develop workforce-ready employability skills among technical and vocational students. The initiative involves the Ministry of National Education, TOBB, and UNICEF Turkey, with our founder Emre Yücel attending the official launch in Ankara.

## Supporting 1.2 Million Students

The program is designed to equip over 1.2 million students with the competencies they need to thrive in the modern workforce. Key figures from government, business, and international development organizations gathered at the launch event to align on program objectives and commit to creating real impact.

RealWorks has registered on the Mesleğim Hayatım İş ve Staj Portalı platform to connect young people with internship and work-based learning opportunities. We firmly believe that practical experience is essential for career preparation.

We encourage other businesses to join this initiative by registering on the platform and helping create skill-building pathways for Türkiye's youth. This involvement reflects our core values around social responsibility and sustainability — because investing in young people is investing in our collective future.
