Our RealIntern program participants recently had the incredible experience of visiting Berlin — combining professional development with cultural exploration in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

During their stay, interns gained practical work experience by collaborating with our local teams on real field assignments, getting a firsthand look at how RealWorks operates across borders. Beyond professional duties, participants explored Berlin's rich cultural landscape — visiting iconic landmarks, experiencing the city's history and art scene, and discovering what makes Berlin such a unique creative hub.

The RealIntern initiative is designed to accelerate career development and personal growth by expanding skill sets, broadening perspectives, and creating formative international experiences.
