Dora Bayraktar, M.D., Medical AI & Data Lead at RealWorks Global, took the stage at two events organized by SelectUSA and Bilişim Vadisi on February 23 and 24.

Across sessions in Gebze and Istanbul, Dora shared how RealWorks Global builds technology companies for international markets, using [HaloScape](https://haloscape.health/) as one of the clearest examples of that approach.

The talk explored how HaloScape has grown from an idea around fragmented health data into a platform connecting everyday and clinical health information within a single intelligence layer. Dora also shared the technology behind the product, from wearable and IoT data to medical records, lab results, and biomarkers.

## From a Product to a Company That Can Scale

The sessions also gave us an opportunity to talk about RealWorks Global’s expansion into the United States and how that journey is taking shape through the products we build.

HaloScape is an important part of that story. As the platform grows internationally, our teams are developing relationships across healthcare, research, and technology while building the foundations for a stronger U.S. presence.

For RealWorks Global, the experience reflects a broader question many technology companies from Türkiye face: how do you take a product built across local and international markets and turn it into a company that can scale globally?

Sharing what we have learned so far was a valuable part of the conversation.
